A little something about Peached Tortilla...... The Peached Tortilla is a Southern-Asian fusion inspired award winning food truck, full service catering company and brick and mortar restaurant. In 2010, its food truck started to roam the streets of Austin, serving Asian and Southern inspired tacos and sliders. Since then, the company has grown into a multi-truck operation, boutique full-service catering company, brick and mortar restaurant, and most recently event space (Peached Social House). In March 2017, Peached launched the mega-milkshake craze in Austin by pairing with Spredfast to feature over the top shakes to the SXSW tech crowd. Since then, The Peached Tortilla has held milkshake and breakfast sandwich pop-ups and incorporated the milkshakes into its Sunday brunch program.
Featured this weekend at Cow Tipping Creamery is the "Get Peached" Stacker! White Chocolate Macadamia Nut soft-serve layered with Peached Tortillas Miso Caramel sauce, Rice Puffs and Coconut Whip.
And during Peached Tortillas Sunday brunch, they will be offering the "Cow Tipping Shake" made with Matcha Green Tea soft-serve, Brown Sugar Hot Fudge, Cornflake Crumb, a huge chunk of "Mochi" Cake and Black Sesame Whip on top!
They will also be serving CTC's "Mochi" Cake and Chinese Coconut Buns a la carte if you are not in the mood for a shake.
